Review your current company-car reimbursement policy against HMRC’s advisory rates — 7p/mile (home) and 15p/mile (public) from 1 June 2026 — or document an evidenced alternative. We deliver a finance-ready framework, reimbursement calculator and payroll controls.
Why it matters
HMRC publishes separate advisory rates for home and public charging but does not require employers to use them. Employers may use their own rates when they can demonstrate the underlying cost. We help teams document the choice, operate it consistently and retain a reviewable decision trail.
