These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the EV Decision Compass website and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
EV Decision Compass is the service name. The legal entity identified below is the contracting seller. Questions about the service or these Terms can be sent to contact@evdc.co.

Our Services are intended for business and professional use. By using our Services, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of a business or organisation, or that you are at least 18 years old if acting in a personal capacity.

The standard Company EV Reimbursement Pack scope is: One UK entity, one payroll or expenses process, and fully electric company cars. Vans, employee-owned vehicles, hybrids, multiple entities and materially different processes require separate scoping.
Online purchase is currently unavailable. A price and VAT treatment must be published before checkout can be enabled. Request a written quote before ordering.
The delivery period begins once we have received the complete inputs reasonably required for the work. Before work starts, we will identify any material scope difference that requires a separate proposal.
Deliverables are operational decision-support materials. They do not constitute tax, legal or accounting advice, an HMRC approval, or a guarantee of a particular tax treatment or financial saving. You remain responsible for approving and implementing your policy and for obtaining professional advice where needed.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials made available through our Services remain the property of EV Decision Compass or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Services for legitimate purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without prior written consent.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by UK and EU law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Decision Compass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services will not exceed the amount paid (if any) by you to use the Services.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of such external sites.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under EU or local legislation.
